    Lucas,

Thanks for bringing that point up; it's so very true. I do find myself over thinking things. A lot of times I'll start off OK then something will go wrong. When I try to correct it I over correct it and spend the rest of the night trying various things that don't work either. Then with about 5 frames left in the night I'll calm down, go back to my original line and things work perfectly. The last few seasons have gone the same way.

It would be nice to hold the lead, but it's still early. We're only three weeks in now. The lead will change probably three or four more times before the first half is over, but ya never know...

Hey dude! Thanks for checking in, I have been busy with website building, I haven't checked in here in a while, sorry for the delay in replying :( How have you been? I have been bowling well, I created a site for myself.... www.scottgoldsmithbowling..., check it out and let me know what you think. I also built Ken Simard's website, www.kensimardbowling.com, I should be starting work on Dino Castillo's and Tommy Jones here in a short while.

    How have you been bowling?

Hey Lucas! Thanks for the message, things are going great! I'm glad to hear you are still enjoying the sport, keep up the practicing and things will get better. I'm having a lot of fun lately as well, doing well, just bowled our City Tournament for team event, shot 705 so that was nice, this coming weekend is singles/doubles so I am excited for that, I'll keep you posted on that. Any update as for a video yet? Talk to you soon.

    Lucas:
Thanks for the advice on picking up the 10 pin, I went out pick up a plastic ball, and fine tune into where to target the ball, and it works.

Hey dude! Well, that's a tough question.... I don't really practice for scores, I usually practice to learn accuracy or to play different lines, etc. I try to take each shot as its own, one ball at a time. Don't get too caught up in scores during league play too, if you just focus on the one shot at a time you will do much better. Try not to look at the scoresheet too much, just go through your routine, the same everytime, don't take too much time up on the approach and relax. That's the best advice I can give, that's what I have been working hard on, staying relaxed, it really helps and also stay smooth/slow, too fast and bad things happen.
